My name is Kiefer, and I am a personal trainer at AdMac Fitness.First and foremost I am a coach that strives to do my utmost to support my clients in losing body fat, building muscle and generally improving fitness levels. I believe effective listening is a vital skill to really understand where a person is coming from and the struggles they have.
To give you some background about myself, I spent twenty years as a high-performance athlete in swimming, I hold multiple national records and I am part of a team that holds a current world record. How this has helped me as a coach is in the resilience and mental strength I have built and these are areas I try to instill in people who are on a journey with their fitness and health.
An area I am particularly interested in is the attitudes people have with food. I have experienced many clients who have a difficult relationship with food and are stuck in a constant loop of rigid rules, binging and guilt.
